The 2016 Season saw the departure of Joe Snider after a couple of disappointing seasons. He was replaced by former KSL owner Travis Peterson. Travis took his place in the 5BBB division joining Brian, Erik and 2015 Champion Doug.

Weeks 1-5

PBJ division saw Dave Pate win 4 straight and start off at 4-1 and atop of the division and the league. Kevin wasn't far behind at 4-1 with his only loss coming at Dave's hands. Jon Oberg was at 2-3 with only 1 divisional loss as well. Dave Nanninga lost 4 straight to start the year but won his week 5 game which began a winning streak for him.

Andy took a commanding lead by winning 4 of 5 and taken control of his division. Aaron lost his first game but went on a 4 game winning streak to tie with Andy. Ty Palmer was 3-2 and only 1 game away from being in first for the division. Ty Boardman had a rough start by losing his first 4 games and being 1-4 overall.

Doug won his first 3 games before losing 2 in a row and finsing 3-2. However, his 2 wins were divisional which gave him total control. Brian was at 2-3 and almost ready to take control of the diviison with a win and Doug losing. Erik was also 2-3 but his 2 wins were divisional which made him a dangerous opponent for Doug. Travis lost all 5 games and was shown to have the toughest schedule up to that point.

Weeks 6-10

Week 6-10 set the stage for the eventual division leaders and sent others away from the playoff hunt.

For the PBnJ division we saw Kevin go 3-2 but that was enough for him to take the division and bump Dave Pate who had a rough stretch by losing all 5 of these games to extend his losing streak to 6. Dave Nanninga was able to get some key wins and he went 3-2 during this time frame. Jon Oberg followed suit and won 2 of 5 but was tied with the other 2 in his division.

the LuLz division saw Ty Palmer take the lead by winning all 5 of his games. Aaron went 4-1 and was tied with Ty but he didn't have the tie breaker to take the lead. Andy had a rough stretch by only going 2-3 but he still had a winning record and would be one of the top teams ot make the playoffs. TyBo also went 2-3 but he didn't do as well in his first 5 weeks so he was on the outside looking in for the playoffs.

Finally, in the 5BBB division we had Brian win 5 straight to take the lead for the division. Doug went 3-2 and was 1 game behind Brian but Doug has the tie breaker for the division and if Brian loses 1 game, Doug could take back the division. Travis was able to get a win during this time frame but he still finished 1-4 and last in the league. Erik lost all 5 games during this time frame and his losing streak was extended to 6 in total. His loss in Week 10 sealed his fate for not making the playoffs.

Weeks 11-13

During the final stretch before the playoffs we saw some crazy things happen for the teams in the playoff hunt.

Kevin was able to secure the PBnJ division in week 11 to mark his 6th time winning a division.

For LuLz we had Aaron and Ty facing off in Week 11 to determine who would be the divisional winner.

Over at 5BBB we had Brian and Doug neck and neck until the end.
