Jon Occhi was an expansion owner during the 2008, 2009 series when KSL moved from Yahoo to MFL. Jon has since moved on from the league but has expressed interest in another go around.
2008
Jon joined during the 2008 expansion and was placed in a tough division with Andrew Hughes, Kevin Smith and Jon Oberg.
2009
For the 2009 season, Jon was determined to come back stronger than ever.
Legacy
During Occhi's two years in KSL he amassed a 6-18 record. This was one of the lowest records in a two year span. Many attribute the record to Jon's love for Patriots players. He drafted current and former Patriots to play on his team and so he had issues with BYE weeks and the ball getting passed around. Also, the commissioner was the one who managed his team during Jon's two year span.
