In [[2002]] when Shawn joined KSL he was unaware of how competitive it would become. He dropped his first 6 games before finally beating [[Andy]] in week 9. Shawn eventually finished the year at 2-10 which was the worst record in KSL history until [[Travis]] broke the record in [[2010]].

Shawn has the third worst record in KSL history. A feat surpassed by [[Travis]] and [[Blake]] in [[2010]]. Despite having one of the worst records in KSL history, Shawn is still remembered as one of the first owners to join the very important and prestigious Kewanee Sports League.
