	In 2014 Joe was in an easy division and was able to get some lucky wins. He started off the season 1-4 but won 5 of his next 6 to move on to 6-5. Joe lost his next two and because he had such few points for, he lost the tiebreaker to be in the playoffs. This was the first time Joe missed the playoffs since 2008. 	Joe started off with 3 straight losses but was able to get a big divisional win against Erik in week 4. Joe went on to lose 6 straight before getting a big win against Kevin and Ty Palmer. Despite getting those two wins, Joe finished the year 3-10. Joe's team took a free fall with only getting those 3 wins that season. An all time low for what was once a good team.
