MFL was a different system/site that KSL moved to for the 2008, 2009 season when KSL expanded to 16 teams. MFL allowed for more customizations which gave a greater range of rules and systems. KSL was able to adopt some of the changes in MFL into Yahoo and it helped make KSL stronger and more interesting for various types of play.
