2015

KSL 2014 marks the first year there was no changes to the current pool of owners. The season's draft kicked off on August 16th in preparation for the upcoming season. Kevin started off as the early favorite as did previous divisional winners Doug Hahn and Erik VanHyfte.

Weeks 1-5

For PBnJ Dave Pate jumped to an early lead winning his first 4 matches but losing in week 5. Ty Boardman also started off hot by going 3-1 before losing week 5 as well. Andy and Doug had a rough start by both losing their first 4 matches and playing each other in week 5 where Andy was able to get a crucial win over Doug. Dave led not only PBnJ but also the league and tied 4 others with a record of 4-1

The LuLz division saw Kevin lose his first game but go on a 4 game winning streak to capture the division. Aaron wasn't far behind him at 3-2. Jon and Dave N had a rough start but both finished this week at 2-3.

Over at 5 Bucks Below the Belt, Brian has a great start and was 4-1 in his division. Ty Palmer was also 4-1 and was preparing for a showdown in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Erik was 2-3 but still holding on. Joe was 1-4 with his only win coming against Erik.

Through the first 5 weeks we had 4 teams at the top and 3 teams at the bottom. Luckily, the season doesn't end after 5 weeks.

Weeks 6-10

Dave P had a rough start for this stetch. He lost his week 5 matchup and his next 2. He went 2-3 this week and finished 6-4 which made his divisional opponents prepared to take him over. Ty went 2-3 for this stretch to bring him up to 5-5. This made his upcoming games very crucial for taking over the division. Andy went 3-2 during this stretch to improve to 4-6 including a big divisional showdown with Dave and rivalry game with Aaron. Doug lost 7 straight matches before finally defeating Dave N followed by 2 more wins to improve to 3-7.

Kevin had a rough stretch by dropping 3 of the 5 and finishing 6-4. Nanninga won 4 matches and improved to 6-4. Aaron was close behind him at 5-5 but he also dropped 3 of 5. Meanwhile, Jon won 2 of his 5 and was sitting at 4-6.

Brian continued his winning ways and took 3 of his games to improve to 7-3 the best in KSL so far. Palmer wasn't too far behind having won 2 and improving to 6-4. Brian and Palmer met in week 7. These 5-1 teams fought not only for the division but also to be the top team in KSL. Brian was able to overcome Ty and be the top team. Joe had a great stretch of wins by defeating teams in 4 of those games. Joe improved to 5-5 and was now a playoff contender. Erik had some tough luck and lost 4 of his 5 to fall to 3-7 and be at the bottom of the ladder.

We saw some crazy movement in the league by having Joe win so many in a row and Ty Boardman lose quite a few.
