After the 2009 season KSL had decided to move back to Yahoo. This move was because many of the features for MFL were going to go unused. Because of the move, we saw a drop of two teams from KSL. Ryan Skender and Jon Occhi had left but the others stayed the same. This dropped KSL from a 16 team league down to a 14 team. With the uneven teams, KSL moved to a 2 division system. In an effort to keep divisional games more important, we had select multiple divisional games within each division. This did prove to be odd at the end of the year when some teams had more divisional games than others. With a 14 team KSL, we moved back to an 8 team playoff system. This meant 6 teams wouldn't be making the playoffs.

This did prove to be odd at the end of the year when some teams had more divisional games than others. With a 14 team KSL, we moved back to an 8 team playoff system. This meant 6 teams wouldn't be making the playoffs.

Week 1-5

In the 5BBB Division Ty Boardman becomes the clear divisional leader by winning 5 straight. Meanwhile Snider loses his first 2 but wins his next 3 and Ty Palmer also had 3 wins. Aaron and Doug were only able to get 2 wins whereas Kevin and Nanninga were only able to get one.

Over at PBnJ Andy and Oberg share the division by getting 4 wins. Brian and Mike had 3 wins a piece. Dave Pate and Blake were able to only get 2 to start off the season. Meanwhile, Travis was at the bottom with 5 straight losses.

Week 6-10

Ty Boardman moved to be the guy to beat even though he had 2 loses during this time. Snider and Aaron were able to get 4 more wins during this time. Kevin was able to overcome a 1-4 record to finish 5-5 at the end of week 10. Doug, Nanninga and Palmer were able to add 2 more wins each during this 5 week span but all were still in the playoff hunt.

PBnJ saw Dave Pate go on a 5 game win streak to challenge the others in his division for the title. Mike and Oberg were able to win 3 more during this time to finish in the top of their divisions. Andy got 2 more wins and was in contention for the division title as well. After starting off 3-2, Brian was only able to amass one more win during this time frame to fall down from the top. Blake and Travis weren't able to win any games during this time frame. This extended Travis' losing streak to 10 straight.

Week 11-13

For the playoff push, we saw Ty Boardman add 2 more wins to his season total but lost to Kevin Smith which allowed him to make the playoffs.

Playoffs

The playoffs saw Ty Boardman as the top seed taking on Kevin Smith. This was a rematch from the week before where Kevin was the victor.

Legacy

Blake had stated this would be his last season and unfortunately, he did not perform as well as he did in the past. His team finished at 2-11, the second worst record in KSL history. After Travis was unable to draft his team live, he didn't put much effort into his team and eventually finished the season with the worst record in KSL history at 1-12. Because of his lack of commitment, it was decided that we would move to a 12 team league.

The move back to Yahoo was a little bumpy but after the 2010 season, things had settled down.
